She has over 30 years’ experience in retirement plan regulatory compliance, workflow coordination/process development and executive support, having worked for several Fortune 500 companies. Often promoted into new divisions, was instrumental in developing policies and procedures which became company-standard, leading into opportunities to train and mentor other employees. Most notably, a WIP to manage all IRS compliance deadlines for Ceridian Retirement Plan Services.
Joining Mission Search in 2009, her position is to provide overall office support. Primarily, responsible for recruiter support by posting open jobs, job lead development, lead assignments, preparing resumes and updating the database. As receptionist, she handles many customer service functions. Client contract maintenance is her responsibility, as well as performance reports for management. She provides new employee orientation and is an ongoing resource for everyone; always with a calm, “can-do” attitude.
