Job DescriptionProduct Support Specialist needed in Florida, ideally an RTT with clinical experience that is interested in switching to the Vendor side. Will responsible for assisting customers with technical questions related to the company's products, software, and training. Additionally, there may be some interaction with customers and prospects in sales situations.
Will provide technical assistance remotely to customers, provide internal/external support for product/application issues, deliver timely resolution of customer issues providing superior customer service.
- BA/BS degree.
- ARRT preferred.
- 3 years of product support experience.
- Able to Work autonomously and efficiently.
- Have a self-motivated and confident approach.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills.
