Job DescriptionWe have been retained by our client, DCH Health System to identify a strong nurse leader to provide direction and guidance for a busy 35 bed Nephrology/Telemetry unit. The leader will have 24/7 responsibility and a great experienced support team.
As the Nurse Manager – Nephrology-Telemetry, you have the opportunity to impact direct patient care through effective leadership, team building, strategic financial analysis, and critical thinking skills.

The unit consists of 35 beds up to 42. The team consists of Team Leaders (Asst. Nurse Managers), Nurses, Nurse Educators, and PCAs. Total FTEs under this role is between 40 and 50
- Licensed RN with 5 years of acute care experience
- BSN or related healthcare degree (or in progress), is needed. Masters preferred
- At least 3 years in management required.
- Comfort with Lean/Six Sigma.
- Ability to lead and motivate others.
