Our strict hiring process includes a thorough vetting of each candidate’s educational and employment history along with reference and background checks. All candidates are native English-speaking teachers with experience in education at the university-level in the United States. Only the top teachers make it through this process to represent Mission Search. That’s why we take a rigorous approach to recruitment that includes a seven-step protocol.

7-Step Hiring Excellence Protocol
Native English-speaking teacher resumes screen per client requirements.
Phone interviews scheduled and conducted by Mission Search introducing candidates to the hiring process and details of the teaching position. Candidate profiles are completed and reference checks are collected.
Approved candidate qualifications summaries are forwarded to client’s representative for review.
Clients conduct phone and video conference interviews and inform the Mission Search Recruitment Manager of their decisions to hire or pass.
Selected candidates must pass all background and credential checks including: education, employment and references.
After the background check is successfully completed, final selected candidates are contacted by Mission Search and given offer of employment.
Teachers are issued new hire packets containing information regarding airline tickets, housing, daily transportation, and other benefits.
